Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages 2024 IT Support Internships
CCPB invites applications for the 2024 IT Support Internships, offering two deserving graduates the opportunity to embark on a 12-month internship.
The program aims to provide valuable industry exposure, fostering the growth of knowledge and skills. The focus of the internship is on PC and User support, encompassing user account and mail administration, coordination of computer equipment repairs, and ensuring fast and efficient PC and User support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Throughout the internship, participants will be responsible for key performance areas, including:
- On-site and remote end-user support (applications and printers)
- PC support (hardware, software, and connectivity)
- Coordinating repairs, servicing of computer equipment, and software maintenance
- Documentation creation, maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Virtual and physical security
- Safety, health, environmental, and quality responsibilities (SHEQ)
Education, Skills, and Experience
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 certificate with relevant industry qualifications
- Minimum A+ and N+ certification
- Strong technical skills in Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security, and Printers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
- Ability to multitask, positive attitude, flexibility, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, customer focus, and teamwork
- Experience in working within a Managed Services and 3rd party Cloud Solution environment is highly regarded
- Valid driver’s license
