About the Vacancy

Working Hours

• Weekends, public holidays, and peak season (work schedules active)
• Must be prepared to work shifts

Remuneration

• As per the Minimum Wage Sectorial Determination

Key Requirements

• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Packing items for clients at the pay point
• Friendly and helpful customer assistance
• Stock organization during re-merchandising
• No leaving the workstation without senior knowledge
• Full responsibility for duties and key performance areas
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work outside normal office hours
• Willingness to work on public holidays, weekends, and peak seasons
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Dedication, attention to detail, and accuracy

Qualifications

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification is an advantage
