As part of the Junior Learnerships program, your role will involve coordinating the delivery of learning and development services by achieving predefined objectives as outlined in standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administrative Management: Collaborate actively with Inbound or Outbound consultants to meet daily customer service quality targets.
  • Skills Audit: Drive participation in weekly skills audit tests to enhance knowledge and instill the correct behaviors that lead to exceptional results. Resolve customer requests at the first point of contact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead your team to achieve the targets set in quarterly performance contracts. Ensure assessments are conducted and provide appropriate coaching sessions.
  • Service Level Agreements: Achieve the set productivity targets of the team as per the quarterly performance contracts.
  • Call Handling: Maintain a low number of outbound transfer calls, as specified in the performance contracts. Exceed the adherence to schedule target as outlined in the performance targets.
  • In-office Time: Ensure adherence to the required in-office time for your team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Education, Training, and Development (Required)
