Kropz Elandsfontein (Pty) Ltd, commonly known as Kropz, is a South African company specializing in responsible rock phosphate mining and processing.
Our operations focus on the utilization of South Africa’s second-largest phosphate deposits, distinguished by their low cadmium and heavy metal content.
This allows us to contribute to the production of fertilizers that promote food security and sustainable agricultural practices.

Who Should Apply?
We encourage applications from eligible candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Reside in the Saldanha Bay Municipal area
- Enrolling in an accredited university/college for the 2024 academic year
- Pursuing studies in the following accredited fields:
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mining
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Geology
- Environmental Science
- Accounting
- Health & Safety Management
Bursary Requirements
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- University exemption with an average pass of 65%
- Minimum of 65% for English and Mathematics
- Not currently holding another bursary
- Preference may be given to candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Successful applicants will be required to sign a study-agreement contract with Kropz

- IDs of the applicant, parents, or guardian
