Reservations Support Agent Vacancy at Airlink In South Africa
As a Reservations Support Agent at Airlink, your responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing passenger load and revenue on all Airlink flights.
- Assisting with the confirmation of all Special Service Requests (SSRs).
- Ensuring all schedule changes are implemented and that passengers are informed of these changes.
- Assisting with bookings, ticketing, and payments.
- Ensuring that all post-departure information is complete and accurate for auditing purposes.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience within the Airline Industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Reservations and Ticketing.
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent as the minimum educational requirement.
- Additional qualifications and experience in Passenger Handling, Reservations (Amadeus), Fares, Ticketing, and basic knowledge of Airlink are advantageous.
