Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to create a great shopping experience for customers. Assist shoppers in finding the products they are looking for and address customer queries or complaints.
- Cashier Duties: Perform cashier tasks, including processing cash and card payments, Lay Bys, customer refunds, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor. Ensure proper till balancing.
- Merchandising: Maintain correct pricing and product display, ensuring product availability on the sales floor. Keep up-to-date with promotions and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Risk Management: Tag products in line with company policy, participate in stock takes, and be vigilant for shoplifters and fraudulent activities, reporting any suspicious behavior to management.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is beneficial)
- Tenacious and high energy levels
- Motivated and target-driven
Experience:
- Previous retail experience is advantageous
