Administrative Officer Vacancy at City of Tshwane

The primary goal of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions in the office environment
  • Ensure effective logistical support services
  • Capture time sheets in IBIS
  • Arrange meetings and complete minutes within agreed timelines
  • Make material reservations from stores
  • Request quotations from service providers
  • Provide secretariat services
  • Ensure effective procurement controls

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant working experience in administrative support services
  • Valid driving license
  • Computer literacy
