Administrative Officer Vacancy at City of Tshwane
The primary goal of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions in the office environment
- Ensure effective logistical support services
- Capture time sheets in IBIS
- Arrange meetings and complete minutes within agreed timelines
- Make material reservations from stores
- Request quotations from service providers
- Provide secretariat services
- Ensure effective procurement controls
Job Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant working experience in administrative support services
- Valid driving license
- Computer literacy
