Key Duties and Responsibilities
Perform administrative functions in the office environment
Ensure effective logistical support services
Capture time sheets in IBIS
Arrange meetings and complete minutes within agreed timelines
Make material reservations from stores
Request quotations from service providers
Provide secretariat services
Ensure effective procurement controls
Relevant working experience in administrative support services
Valid driving license

Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks
Differentiate between urgent and important tasks
Ability to work outside normal working hours on urgent tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Assertiveness in dealing with the public
