An NQF level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent is required. A Logistics or Supply Chain Management qualification is an added advantage. The candidate must have 1-2 warehouse experiences.

Administration Clerk Vacancy at Government Printing Works Pretoria

The candidate must have knowledge of inventory control. A thorough understanding of planning and executing a cycle. An understanding of monthly tasks and annual stock counts. Knowledge of transfer orders and journals.


DUTIES: Scanning of the proof of delivery on the GPW S Drive Portal. Ensuring timely payment by customers. Scanning and uploading documents to ERP. Capturing customer orders. Capturing quotations from customers. Maintain accurate record keeping Ensuring that customer quotations are captured timeously Filling and recording documents. Management of Customer Service Inventory Cycle count monthly and annual stock counts to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
