Required Qualifications and Competencies

Education: Candidates must have been unemployed for a minimum of six (6) months and possess a Matric qualification.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience: No prior formal work experience is necessary.
Competencies: Ideal candidates are computer literate, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and are committed to the 12-month program. They should also demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, the ability to perform under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude conducive to learning, and a strong adherence to the company’s principles and values.
