Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

• In order to maintain the civil infrastructure optimally, conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance.

• Measure, calculate, and specify dimensions, square footage, profiles, and components.

• Analyze the risks associated with job execution

• The quality management plan (QCP) should be developed and the hold points should be signed

• Analyze the performance of service providers in terms of technical and safety aspects

• Preparation and scheduling of maintenance tasks

• Ensure maintenance and projects are completed within budget by controlling costs

• Test construction materials and soil samples in laboratories

• Coach others so that knowledge can be transferred.

• Be able to adapt, be self-driven, be proactive, and be visible

• Create networks and relationships to increase cross-functional knowledge

• Refractory, fireproofing, road, and building preventative maintenance

• Ensures compliance with laws and engineering principles

• Execution of quality checks

• Observe Planned Tasks

• Conduct a fault finding exercise on the water pipelines

• Prior to excavation, underground services should be verified

Formal Education

• Civil Engineering Diploma

Min Experience

• 8+ relevant years

Functional Competencies

• The construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure will be advantageous

• Planning and managing projects

• Understanding of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and construction regulations

• The management of maintenance
