Duties and Responsibilities
The role involves providing support aligned with CCBSA’s strategic priorities, focusing on competence development, learning infrastructure, and governance.
Key responsibilities include supporting learning processes, implementing learning solutions, maintaining compliance, and creating training material.
Qualifications and Competencies
Candidates should hold a relevant HR Degree/Diploma, preferably with 1-3 years of Learning & Development experience.
Desired competencies include strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise, integrity, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
