DSI-HSRC Internships are managed by the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) on behalf of the Department of Science and Innovation.
Dsi-Hsrc Internship Programme for Young South Africans 2023/25
Through the Internship Programme, unemployed graduates and postgraduates (excluding postdoctoral candidates) in Science, Engineering and Technology (SET), Research, Development, Innovation, Social Sciences, and Humanities gain practical work experience by being mentored and exposed to an environment that is relevant to their qualifications. Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply for placements in public and private higher education institutions, science councils, research agencies, the private sector, and non-profit organizations.
