Job Purpose

Join our Warehouse department in Nigel and take on the role of Administrator: Picking.

The selected candidate will directly report to the Team Leader: Warehouse in Nigel.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely availability of correct documentation, enabling the fulfillment of our operational plans.

Join Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa as a Picking Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Distribution of workload within designated time slots
  • Timely distribution of operational work instructions
  • Accurate designation of picked shipments for staging or loading
  • Primary liaison for warehouse communication with the Planning department
  • Completion of standard reporting within the operation
  • Accurate recording of performance-related data
  • Compliance with stock management processes including daily inventory counts
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent with Maths
  • 2 years of Operations experience
  • Understanding of operational interrelations
  • Proficient in PC literacy, strong literacy, and numeracy skills

  • Knowledge: Warehouse systems and procedures, Product knowledge, Computer software knowledge
