REQUIREMENTS:
A) Qualifications and Competencies
An undergraduate qualification at NQF level 6 recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) is required.
B) Knowledge and Skills
Experience working with data capture, patient records and administration in health facilities. Experience working with web based District Health Information System, Excel, and community outreach information management systems.
Ability to speak, read, and write English as well as other languages. Capturing and maintaining patient records and HAST frames databases (including attrition).
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Capturing, verifying, and sending reports timely to the appropriate level. Managing all records and documents in prescribed formats.
Managing records by retrieving appropriate records and reports from the records room. Coordination and collaboration with other sections.
Creating and maintaining databases for HAST cadres, as well as various reports, documents, and records
