Management Support Services Vacancy at the Department of Employment and Labour
Requirements:
Grade 10. No experience. Knowledge: Departmental policies and procedures, Public Service Act, Legislation relevant to the post. Skills: Verbal and written communication, interpersonal relationship, computer literacy, time management, conflict resolution, planning, and organization.
Duties:
Manage log sheets, fuel cards, and fuel vouchers of subsidised vehicles within the Provincial Office.

New form Z83, obtainable at any Public Service Department or online at www.gov.za/documents, must be used to submit applications that quote the relevant reference number. In order to test the relevant technical elements of the job, all shortlisted candidates for SMS positions will have to undergo a technical competency exercise, whose logistics will be communicated by the Department.
DPSA SMS competency assessment tools will be used by the selection panel to assess generic managerial competencies following the interview and technical exercise. A performance agreement will be signed by the successful candidate during the internship.
