The role reports to the Head of Human Capital and is based in Pretoria, Ashlea Gardens.

The OPFA, established in line with the Pension Funds Act of 1956, serves as a statutory body responsible for investigating complaints referred to it.
Located in Ashlea Gardens, Pretoria, the OPFA places people at the core of its operations, seeking highly professional individuals with legal, administrative, and drafting expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Talent Attraction, Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes
- HR Information and Records Management including audits and policy reviews
- General HR duties encompassing personnel files, reports, benefits, and support for HR Officers and Managers
Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Organisational Psychology
- Honours degree in relevant fields considered advantageous
Key Competencies
- Articulate, analytical, detail-oriented
- Strong computer literacy, particularly mastery in Excel
- Upholding a high code of conduct and confidentiality
