Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Providing front-line support through walk-in centers, contact centers, and written correspondence, adhering to SACAA policies and procedures in the Client Relationship Management section.
- General Administration: Document preparation, collation of information for reporting, packaging meeting documentation, filing system maintenance, document screening and classification, coordinating departmental functions and meetings.
Requirements
- Education: Matric, National Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related Client Services qualification.
