SAB Packaging Technical Trainee Programme 2024

The Packaging Technical Trainee Programme spans 18 months and is meticulously structured to equip graduates with technical skills and company familiarity.

It’s aimed at ensuring immediate placement of individuals upon completion, armed with comprehensive skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Gaining a thorough understanding of Utilities equipment theory, principles, and operations within the Brewery
  • Engaging in program-aligned projects in Utilities while adhering to brewery priorities
  • Application of VPO (Value-Based Management) principles
  • Diagnosing systemic and situational issues and providing troubleshooting solutions
  • Participation in Utilities team structures and assuming identified leadership positions
  • Communicating learnings and solutions across various business levels

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum BSc or B-Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Qualification in Chemical Engineering

  • Not Applicable
