Sarah Baartman District Municipality Offers 2024 Infrastructure Internship Programme

Sarah Baartman District Municipality (SBDM) welcomes applications from unemployed graduates for its Infrastructure Development and Community Services Internship Programme.

The closing date for applications is December 20, 2023, with an all-inclusive stipend of R96,000.00 per annum offered for a 3-year fixed contract.

Sarah Baartman District Municipality Offers 2024 Infrastructure Internship Programme

SBDM seeks applications from unemployed graduates residing in historically disadvantaged backgrounds within specific local municipalities (Dr Beyer’s Naude, Blue Crane Route, Kouga, Koukamma, Makana, Ndlambe, and Sundays River Valley) for the Infrastructure Development and Community Services Internship Programme.

Areas of training include Project Management, Construction, Housing Administration, Infrastructure Development, Water Sanitation and Purification, and Roads and Transport.

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Civil Engineering

How to Apply

Applicants must use the official application forms available at the bottom of this post or obtainable from Council premises’ Security Foyer.

The application must include a comprehensive CV and certified copies of required documents.

Completed applications should be submitted to the Senior Human Resources Officer, either via post to PO Box 318, Port Elizabeth, hand-delivered to 32 Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth, 6000, or emailed to [email protected].
