About the Program:
- An 18-month program that focuses on hands-on learning

Traineeships are available at the following Breweries:
- Newlands Brewery, Cape Town (Western Cape)
- Ibhayi Brewery, Gqeberha (Eastern Cape)
- Prospecton Brewery, Durban (Kwa-Zulu Natal)
- Polokwane Brewery, (Limpopo)
- Rosslyn Brewery, Pretoria (Gauteng)
- Alrode Brewery, Alberton (Gauteng)
- Chamdor Brewery, Krugersdorp (Gauteng)
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Being a member of a team, including acting in a team
- Project participation aligned with program requirements and priorities in the Plant environment
- Identifying and troubleshooting systemic problems and situations
- Learnings and solutions are communicated across the company at all levels

Profile
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (from a recognized tertiary institution) in any of the following fields:
- Chemical
- Industrial
- Mechatronic/Electromechanical
- Mechanical
- Power/Electrical
- Food Sciences/Technology
- The applicant must have no more than two years of formal working experience by the start of the program. (Internships, vacations, and short-term contracts are not permitted)
- The right to work legally (full citizenship)
- Within South Africa, there is a high degree of geographic mobility
- Ability to rapidly adapt to new systems and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
