Standard Bank Voice Branch Learnership Programme 2024
This learnership program is tailored for individuals passionate about customer engagement, sales, and service.
It offers hands-on experience in customer interactions within a contact center environment and transactional banking.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore various roles within the Voice Branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participants will undergo a comprehensive Banking qualification at an NQF level 5, enabling FAIS accreditation and access to banking employment across South Africa.
The program focuses on:
- Understanding the Banking value chain
- Developing strong Sales and Service Skills
- Analyzing and Processing information
- Grasping the Financial and Regulatory framework
- Meeting Customer Demands with appropriate solutions
- Resolving client inquiries
- Cultivating strong customer relationships
- Effective workload prioritization and time management
- Maintaining high standards of sales and service in correspondence and communication
- Polishing telephone and email etiquette
Qualifications
Applicants should have completed a post-Matric 3-year Finance/Banking related qualification.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be South African Citizens
- Be aged between 18 and 30
- Possess proficient English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Be computer literate
- Not be permanently employed
- Not be enrolled in any other institution
