1.DynamX Trainee Program

Through the DynamX Trainee Program, graduates gain technical capability aligned with their career aspirations as well as cross-functional experience within a fast-paced corporate environment.

About the Program:

  • It consists of segmented fixed-term contracts over the course of 24 months.

  • In the 24 months of the program, robust evaluations determine progress into each phase

  • Rotates in various teams within the respective business area for six months, unlocking potential through cross-functional experience

  • According to the 70-20-10 rule, individuals learn 70% of their knowledge from challenging experiences and projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework.

  • We empower our people to solve challenges in new ways, take risks and unlock opportunities through the program.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible to apply for various roles within the business to create a future with more cheer!

Profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in various fields, including, but not limited to:

  • Finance

  • People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)

  • Marketing

  • Technology

  • Engineering

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Logistics

  • Internships, vacation work, short-term contracts, and short-term contracts are not applicable.

  • Authorization to work in the country (full citizenship)
  • South Africa’s geographic mobility

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly learn new software

2. In-Service Trainee

To achieve optimal equipment effectiveness, this role involves operating and maintaining the Brewing or Packaging process.

  • The ability to use your hands dexterously

Minimum Requirements

  • Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering as a ND
  • Be able to explain the chemical process of brewing the beer or the packaging process
  • They were provided with an opportunity to fulfill their experiential training or plant operation exposure requirements
  • Process performance should be monitored
  • Collaborate with others
  • PC literacy is essential
