• Promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services in accordance with established sales processes and guidelines;
• Determine what parts/products are needed by the customer and identify them.
• Quotes for transactions should be created and followed up actively.
• Upselling opportunities are sought pro-actively
• Make sure to follow up on the quote in order to determine if the proposed value is understood and if it corresponds with the customer’s needs.
