Duties and Responsibilities

During the Graduate Development Programme, you will:

  1. Be accountable for business-critical responsibilities, participating in department deliverables and projects on a rotational basis.
  2. Gain insights into various departments, delving into the pharmaceutical business, and collaborating across specialized areas.
  3. Work both in a team and independently, utilizing digital and virtual platforms.
  4. Manage multiple tasks concurrently, thriving under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Apply a Project Management mindset to tasks, taking ownership of various deliverables.
  6. Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders, project owners, colleagues, and team members.
  7. Analyze vast datasets using various business intelligence software and tools.
  8. Plan, organize, and conduct meetings, both virtually and face-to-face.
  9. Learn and utilize various digital software to accomplish tasks.
  10. Embrace personal development, learn from mistakes, and share lessons with peers and fellow graduates.

Selection Criteria

Are You the Perfect Fit?

To be considered for the programme, you must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizen between the ages of 18 to 28
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Maintain an overall aggregate of 70% for your qualification.

Requirements

  • Economic Management Sciences – Accounting, Taxation & Economics
  • Graphic Design
  • Environmental Science, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology & Biotechnology
  • Industrial Psychology & Human Resources Management
  • Pharmacists (completed internship and community service)
  • Social Sciences – Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism & Media Studies
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Management
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
