Requirements:
An experience of 1-2 years in compensation or medical claims processing is preferred. Knowledge: Compensation Fund policies, procedures and processes, Relevant Stakeholders, Human anatomy, Biology, medical terminology, Customer service (Batho Pele Principles), COID Tariffs, Public Service Charter, Approved COID Delegations, Promotion of Access to Information Act, Road Accident Fund (RAF) Act, PFMA and Treasury Regulations. The following skills are required: Technical proficiency, numbering, business writing, required IT skills, communication skills (written and verbal), data capturing, data management, telephone skills and etiquette.
Duties:
- Prepare claim registration documentation. Adjudicate claims. Process medical claims. Provide administrative support.

The qualifications and other related documents will comply with the advertisement’s requirements.
If shortlisted, foreign qualifications must be accompanied by a SAQA evaluation report (only). A late application, as well as one that does not comply with the above-mentioned instructions/requirements, will not be considered.
