Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Cleaner position include, but are not limited to:
Wiping and mopping floors
Cleaning lockers, steel dust bins, and basins
Proper usage of equipment and chemicals
Cleaning toilets and maintaining checklists
Replacing hand towels and refilling soap bottles
Cleaning lockers, bedsteads, curtain rails, and trolleys
Performing terminal cleaning and disinfection
Ensuring the safekeeping of cleaning equipment/material
Qualification and KnowledgeTo be eligible for this position, candidates must have:
Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent
Cleaning/laundry experience in a hospital/clinical environment (recommended)
Knowledge of customer service, self-drive, and motivation
Ability to read, write, and work well within a team
