Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) Procurement Internships 2024
The Procurement Intern will report directly to the Country Category Specialist and participate in a structured program focusing on work experience and knowledge acquisition related to procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the Procurement Specialist in various day-to-day activities, including:
- Query resolution
- Procurement administration (RFQ/RFP/RFI)
- Preferential vendor sourcing
- Issuance of bids
- Contracts administration
- Drafting MSAs, contract extension, and termination letters
- Sourcing preferred service providers
- Contracts administration using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platform
- SAP/D365 Contract administration
Education and Experience
- Minimum relevant Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Procurement, or related field
- Relevant work experience is advantageous
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- South African Citizen
