Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for a range of duties, including:
- Supporting the implementation of Human Resource Administration practices at the school level.
- Providing financial management support at the school level.
- Capturing learner and educator data on SASAMS.
- Managing office resources and assets in the school.
- Performing general administration and support services.
- Procuring goods and services for the school.
- Taking minutes of meetings and handling information and correspondence.
Requirements
To be eligible for the position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Relevant experience, especially within a school environment, is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer care skills and interpersonal relations.
- Understanding of the principles of sound document management.
