Enaex Africa Administrative Learnerships 2023/2024
This one-year contract learnership is open to all qualified community members in and around the Rustenburg area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring teams meet targets, adhere to deadlines and quality standards. They are responsible for tasks demonstrating an understanding of financial planning and control principles.
Key duties include monitoring and maintaining Enaex Africa’s equipment, time, and infrastructure, organizing and reporting clerical tasks, identifying potential challenges, and fostering effective working relationships with managers and peers.
Additionally, administrators are tasked with improving personal work processes and managing warehouse reports, stationery orders, and employee files on-site.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Successful completion of Grade 12/Matric certification.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially in Excel.
- Clear criminal record.
- Medically fit for duty.
