Duties and Responsibilities
During the graduate programme, you will gain exposure to the operational functions of the Agreements Support team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining filing systems for record maintenance and document retrieval.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases for accurate record-keeping.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Making recommendations to enhance client service within the area of responsibility.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and cohesiveness.
- Identifying personal growth and development needs for ongoing training and development.
Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates should possess:
- Relevant NQF 7 Business-related tertiary level qualification.
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans (advantageous) and English (essential) – written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
