Requirements
Eligibility criteria encompass the following:
- Possession of a valid PNG identity document (PNG citizen) from HVM mining communities: Bulolo, Wau-Waria, and Morobe province ONLY.
- Higher Education Certificate with a minimum of 60% pass rate in all subjects. For Engineering fields, a minimum of 70% is required in Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Tertiary institution students must hold an average of 60% and above in all major subjects. Current-year results and a concise Curriculum Vitae (1 page) are mandatory attachments.
