Eligibility Criteria for Apprenticeship
To be eligible for this apprenticeship opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12 in 2023
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must have a minimum of 50% in Pure/Technical Mathematics and Physical Science
- Must be willing to take a ‘Gap Year’ in 2024
- Must be open to relocating within South Africa throughout 2024
- Must have the intention to pursue a Trade Test Certificate in Diesel Mechanics
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships are granted upon the successful completion of the Gap Year Programme and are based on the following criteria:
- Overall site performance during the Gap Year
- Commitment to a 4-year Internship Contract
- Acceptance at a training center of the company’s choosing
- Final selections are made by an internal committee
