HR Administrator Position at Orion Minerals South Africa
Orion Minerals is a globally diversified metal exploration and development company, poised to emerge as a new-generation base metals producer. This vision is being realized through the advancement of the Prieska Copper-Zinc Project and the forthcoming Okiep Copper Project, both situated in South Africa’s Northern Cape.
Additionally, Orion has established an exploration joint venture with IGO Limited (ASX: IGO) in the highly promising Fraser Range Province in Australia.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Diploma or advanced certificate in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology, equivalent at NQF level 6.
- A degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology at NQF level 7 would be considered advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
Other Requirements
Applicants should also meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR-related experience.
- Prior experience in the mining industry is advantageous.
