Ithala Banking Learnership Programme 2024 Offers 20 Opportunities for Matriculants

The program aims to empower unemployed South African youth, particularly matriculants from KwaZulu-Natal, through a 12-month learnership.

This initiative provides professional exposure to various roles within the banking and insurance sectors.

  • Monthly Allowance: R3,500

Requirements

To be eligible for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age above 18 years.
  • Recent successful completion of Grade 12/Matric.
  • Pass marks in Mathematics/Maths Literacy and Accounting.
  • Overall average of 55% in the National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Not currently employed or studying at another institution.
  • Not registered for any other learnership program.
  • No prior higher educational qualification.
  • Ability to reside in Durban for the first three months (Theoretical Learning).
