Job Vacancy of Administrator at MICT SETA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Information Data Administration
- Consolidation of Learning programme reporting indicators.
- Auditing QMR Input and validation of data accuracy.
- Validation of learner data captured on SETMIS Files.
- Generates and submits reports on information captured weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Sorting files for ease of retrieval during audits.
- Liaison with stakeholders on required documentation for registration.
- Learning Programmes Administration
- Administration of discretionary grants disbursements.
- Reconciliation of registered learners and enrolled learners for each quarter.
- Daily updating of the Annual Commitment Register.
- Verification of SLAs and budget availability.
- Reconciliation of Quarterly report and Commitment Register.
- Preparation and verification of requisitions.
- Risk and Compliance
- Identification and adherence to fraud controls and risk prevention principles.
- Providing evidence for internal and external audits.
- Implementation of audit findings within stipulated timeframes.
- Maintenance of quality risk management standards.
- Customer Liaison and Service
- Handling queries related to SETMIS submission.
- Responding to routine queries and escalating higher-level requests.
- Providing support to stakeholders on document submissions.
- Timely response to customer requests.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma in Financial Accounting/Management or equivalent (NQF 6).
- 1-2 years of experience in Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Skills development.
- Knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and legislations governing SETAs.
