This role involves providing customer service, ensuring quality control, enhancing customer satisfaction, supervising entry-level client services officers, and coordinating with clients.
About SACAA
SACAA is the regulatory body for civil aviation in South Africa. They oversee civil aviation operations, including the investigation of aviation accidents and incidents. SACAA is headquartered in the Ikhaya Lokundiza Building 16 in Waterfall Park, Midrand, Gauteng, near Johannesburg.
It operates as a Schedule 3A public entity in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and was established on October 1, 1998, following the enactment of the now-repealed South African Civil Aviation Authority Act 40 of 1998.

Key Responsibilities
Front Line
- Provide customer services in accordance with Client Relationship Management policies and procedures.
- Track and manage all customer queries using the approved CRM system until they are resolved.
- Professionally respond to requests from both external and internal customers.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction through approved tools and systems.
Quality Control
- Record all queries and adhere to procedures related to client service, following ISO and other company and legal requirements.
- Take corrective action to address deficiencies within Client Services.
Customer Satisfaction
- Deliver client services that enhance the organization’s image.
- Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and are logged in the approved CRM system.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and perception.
- Implement the end-to-end customer process map.
Supervision and Training of Entry-Level Client Services Officers
- Supervise and train entry-level client services officers to enable them to meet the requirements of their key performance areas.
Liaison and Coordination
- Collaborate with clients to identify their information and service requirements.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 and a post-Matric qualification in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Ideal Qualification: National Diploma in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Studies, or a related qualification.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Client Services.
