  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management and Technology, Public Management, or Business Administration.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory middle management experience in Office Management.
  • Valid unexpired driver’s license.
  • Extensive knowledge of public service policies and administrative procedures.
  • Understanding of the National Government’s functioning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Financial Management, Project Management, and Administration.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scrutinize all incoming correspondence (E-mail, letters, reports, and phone messages).
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Arrange and organize workshops and meetings.
  • Record basic minutes of meetings when required.
  • Represent the manager at specific meetings and workshops.
  • Manage queries.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies to make travel arrangements.
  • Process travel and subsistence claims.
  • Budget management.
  • Supervise human resources.
  • Procurement management.
