Requirements
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management and Technology, Public Management, or Business Administration.
- Three (3) years of supervisory middle management experience in Office Management.
- Valid unexpired driver’s license.
- Extensive knowledge of public service policies and administrative procedures.
- Understanding of the National Government’s functioning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Financial Management, Project Management, and Administration.
- Competence in secretarial duties.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- High reliability.
- Ability to act with tact and discretion.
- Knowledge of dispute resolution processes.
- Understanding of social and economic development issues.
- Basic knowledge of Financial Management and Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Scrutinize all incoming correspondence (E-mail, letters, reports, and phone messages).
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Arrange and organize workshops and meetings.
- Record basic minutes of meetings when required.
- Represent the manager at specific meetings and workshops.
- Manage queries.
- Coordinate with travel agencies to make travel arrangements.
- Process travel and subsistence claims.
- Budget management.
- Supervise human resources.
- Procurement management.
