Job Purpose
The Weighbridge Clerk role involves monitoring trucks entering and leaving the mine property, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing accurate reports to management.

Join Canyon Coal as a Weighbridge Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate the weighbridge
- Prepare daily reports on coal tonnage received and dispatched
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relations
- Capture data and compile sales reports
- File daily transactions and apply basic security procedures
- Handle general administration tasks
- Ensure accurate weighbridge documents for processing
- Manage archives, PODs, and reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Physically fit and able to pass a medical/fitness test
Experience
- Relevant weighbridge experience
- Safety experience advantageous
- Mining experience an added advantage
