For a Grade 11 local authority, the salary ranges from R 246,708.00 to R 281,748.00 annually
The purpose of the job is to process eNaTIS based and/or other relevant transactions and functions at a License.

Duties
Department in terms of applicable legislation, statutory requirements, GDRT directives, policies and the BPM etc. by:

Assist/support the Enquiry, Receiving, and verification and Implementation personnel of MVRA section to ensuring an uninterrupted work flow.

Consent
A consent letter granting the SDM and GDRT authority to conduct a full background check and vetting process will be required of all applicants.
Competencies
Communication in writing: The ability to follow basic instructions in writing. Capable of responding to basic communication types in writing
Ability to articulate messages and understand verbal instructions given by supervisors and colleagues. Ensures that instructions are understood, thereby preventing mistakes.
The ability to scrutinize one’s own work before submission for errors and omissions.
Communication and influence: Interacting with others and persuading them to adopt the best alternative.
Ethics and Professionalism: The ability to follow laid down procedure as prescribed in policy/ and standard operating procedures.
Ability to be alert to potential conflicts of interests. Ability to bring potential issues of conflict to the attention of the supervisor. Be aware of resources available to resolve ethical issues.
An understanding of the Municipality’s objectives and its impact on the community and its workings.
Have a basic understanding of the municipality. A basic understanding of the local government environment is essential. Be aware of the issues affecting the delivery of services.
The ability to identify simple problems within a defined process. The ability to solve problems of a basic nature.
Organizing and planning: The ability to organize activities within a strict timeline and then to execute them as planned.
