The new form Z83 is available at any Public Service Department or on the internet at www.gov.za/documents. Applications quoting the relevant reference number must be submitted on this form. Incomplete, initialled, and signed application forms (old Z83) will not be considered.

Standard 8/Grade 10. Competencies: Interpersonal relations, Verbal communication, Listening. Knowledge: Cleaning Practices, Catering, Office Practices.
Duties
Provide food services assistance. Distribute stock. Support messenger functions. Keep an office clean at all times.

Application Instructions
Each application for employment must be completed, initialled, and signed by the applicant. Applicants who fail to complete, initial and sign this form may be disqualified during the selection process. All sections in Sections A, B, C, and D of the Z83 must be completed in full.
Section E, F, G (Due to the limited space on the Z83, applicants can indicate refer to CV or see attached). It is required that applicants submit a comprehensive CV (with detailed information about previous experience).
Answer the questions related to conditions that prevent re-appointment under Part F. Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide certified copies of their qualifications and other related documents on or before the interview day, as soon as Human Resources notifies them. The qualifications and other related documents must comply with the advertisement’s requirements.
A foreign qualification must be accompanied by a South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) evaluation report (only when it is shortlisted). We will not consider applications submitted late or that do not comply with the above-mentioned instructions/requirements.
