Apply for Contact Centre Agent Positions at Lancet Laboratories with Grade 12 Qualification
The Contact Centre Agent is responsible for handling calls from both new and existing customers, addressing a variety of requests.
This role requires a combination of product or service knowledge and excellent customer service skills. The goal is to provide support, offer information, and ensure customer satisfaction to retain business.
Education: Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification. Tertiary education in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: Over 1 year of relevant working experience, particularly in Debt Collection.
Relevant Job Knowledge: Computer literacy is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
Resolve all queries, obtaining possible payment dates on outstanding accounts to meet departmental targets.
Escalate unresolved queries to the back office, team leader, supervisor, or manager for further investigation.
Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating a high level of call centre service and telephone etiquette.
Record all client profiles on script and Meditech to ensure seamless record movement within the strategy.
Display in-depth knowledge of medical aids and private books to resolve queries.
Monitor after-call work time to meet call answering service levels.
Identify and recommend solutions for process problems to prevent issues and complaints.
Maintain confidentiality of patient’s personal data and other information to protect the organization’s privacy and integrity.
