Responsibilities

1. Assembly and Testing: Assemble production units and build test units, ensuring they meet quality standards.
2. Wiring: Wire production units and construct prototypes.
3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean working environment.
4. Housekeeping: Perform necessary housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
5. Stock Control: Assist with stock control to ensure efficient production processes.
6. Support Roles: Provide general assistance for the production manager and engineers as required.
7. Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products, making necessary adjustments.
8. General Duties: Undertake other general duties as necessary and complete associated paperwork.
9. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality units.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
