Key Responsibilities
- Communicate total due amounts to customers.
- Negotiate payments and payment plans.
- Educate customers on payment options and consequences of non-payment.
- Ensure accurate information updates and adherence to action codes.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Qualifications: Matric or equivalent qualification; prior collections experience advantageous.
- Competencies: Computer literacy, multi-lingual skills beneficial, willingness to learn, negotiation skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, among others.
