About Life Flora Hospital

Life Flora Clinic, located in Roodepoort, Gauteng, is a private hospital affiliated with the Life Healthcare group.

The hospital boasts 322 beds and features a fully integrated cardiac unit, including a cardiac catheterisation laboratory, dedicated cardiac theatre, medical and surgical cardiac ward, a cardiac clinic, and a 24-hour trauma and emergency unit.

Life Flora Hospital Human Resources TVET Learnerships 2024

An exciting opportunity is available for an unemployed Human Resources learner to participate in a learner project supported by HWSETA.

The 18-month project aims to provide experiential learning opportunities for unemployed learners in line with their ongoing or completed qualifications. The selected learner will be based at Life Flora Hospital and report to the HR Manager.

• Workplace mentorship for the 18-month duration

Requirements

To qualify for this project, learners must meet the following criteria:

• Unemployed status
• Completion of N6 theory from a public TVET college
• Possession of a recent letter from the educational institute, requesting work experience
• Completion of the 18 months’ workplace experience for graduation
• Not a beneficiary of any other HWSETA grant within the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 financial years
• Not part of the work experience grant in prior years
