SAP Young Professionals Program South Africa 2023
The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by SAP’s Digital Skills Center. It’s a 2-month program that gives recent graduates the certifications and soft skills they need to get started as SAP Associate Consultants. SAP will work closely with graduates of the program to offer them jobs as SAP Consultants with SAP customers and partners after the training.

SAP CONSULTANTS
It’s possible to divide the role of a SAP Consultant into two categories: functional and technical.
The consultant will contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phase of a S/4 HANA project, and provide business process as well as functional expertise, and project guidance to our clients to make sure their SAP software and consulting services work for them.
Through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship building, the Consultant is also responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts and growing and developing referenceable customers.

WHAT SAPS REQUIRE FROM A CANDIDATE:

The candidate must be legally allowed to work in South Africa.

Applicants must be unemployed or working part time/non-permanently in a job that’s not related to their career goals;

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Engineering

The ideal candidate will have graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile – proof may be requested.

A keen interest in starting a SAP-related travel career is a must;

The candidate should be able to write and speak English fluently;

It’s going to start by early July 2023, and full-time availability from 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday during the training period is a must.
