Nursing degree or diploma with a post graduate diploma in Occupational Health/Theatre Technique/Critical Care would be an advantage.
Valid driving license is required. A grade 2 student has 10-19 years’ experience after registering. A grade 3 student has 20 years or more experience after registering.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical competency exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job, the logistics of which will be communicated by the Department.
Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. An internship performance agreement will be signed by the successful candidate.
