The primary purpose of this internship is to support the Risk Technology team and the broader MMH Group in analyzing business processes, collecting and documenting requirements, and contributing to the development of solutions that meet business needs.

This 10-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and data analysis while making a meaningful impact on operational excellence, business performance, and service quality.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with senior business analysts to collect and document business requirements.
  • Participate in the analysis and documentation of business processes and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of process models and documentation.
  • Learn to evaluate potential solutions for addressing business requirements.

 Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Work with the team to collect and analyze data to derive valuable insights.
  • Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests.

 Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Learning and Development

  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance analytical and business analysis skills.
  • Acquire proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, for data manipulation.

Requirements

  • Possession of a relevant BCom or BSc degree or diploma.
  • Enthusiasm for business analysis and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous internship experience or coursework related to business analysis is advantageous.
  • Exposure to data analysis tools or languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
