Momentum Metropolitan Empowering 24-Month Sales Female Graduate Programme 2024
Momentum Insure, in collaboration with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), seeks proactive female graduates for a two-year period.
The Graduate Development programme aims to cultivate female sales advisors, offering exposure to various facets of the sales employee lifecycle at their Centurion office.
This structured work-based program provides practical experience to graduates with a degree or NQF Level 7 qualification.
Participants will engage in a 24-month agreement comprising theoretical, practical, and experiential training from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2026.
Applicants should possess a degree, exhibit a passion for learning, and demonstrate interest in the insurance environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage in a structured rotational training program focusing on Short-term Insurance knowledge, products, systems, sales techniques, and behavioral competencies.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from Momentum Insure managers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Gain exposure to different Short-term Insurance industry aspects to build a comprehensive skill set.
- Generate new business by selling Momentum Insure products, providing end-to-end customer support during onboarding.
- Educate and build relationships with potential clients from targeted groups and the public.
- Participate in scheduled Momentum Insure campaigns at allocated sites and ensure excellent customer service for client retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/NQF Level 7 in fields such as Finance Management, Risk Management, Sales & Marketing, or BCom General.
- African, Coloured, Indian Females aged 34 or below, currently unemployed, with a clean criminal and credit record.
- Preferably possess a driver’s license.
- Leadership potential and a keen interest in developing a career in the insurance industry.
- Enrollment for a postgraduate course.
