This 12-month programme offers intensive on-the-job exposure under a mentor’s supervision. Trainees engage in process improvement projects, support teams, and uphold plant rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Ideal candidates should:
- Be pursuing a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry
- Have completed S4 and require P1 or P2 completion
- Demonstrate self-directed learning abilities
- Possess problem-solving skills
- Exhibit teamwork, professionalism, and strong communication abilities
- Show enthusiasm and commitment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves multifaceted responsibilities in Disability Management, Death Claims, Unclaimed Benefits, Medical Aid, FAWU, Retirement Counseling, General Office Administration, and Regional HR Reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Candidates should possess a 3-year HR or Finance diploma/degree, 1-2 years of experience in a Benefits or HR department, excellent MS Office skills, and ideally, experience with MSD. Competencies include business acumen, technical expertise, strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
