Supply Chain Management Internship 2024 at South African National Energy Development Institute (SANEDI)
Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Management Intern, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process from initiation to completion.
- Committee Meeting Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate committee meetings within the organization.
- Contracting Process Coordination: Support and coordinate various aspects of the contracting process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of procurement and related activities.
- Supplier Database Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep and accuracy of the supplier database.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Degree Requirement: A degree in Supply Chain, Public Administration, governance, or a related field.
- Skills and Traits: Highly motivated, proactive, organized with attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
